I am Me

One of the women we are working with has had a massive shift in mental attitude around her illnesses and her mental health. She told me that she now believes that she isn't her mental health problems, she is more than that and they don't define her. This was really great to hear. As well as Unlock she has been engaging with a lot of creative activities on Zoom with a charity called Ty Canna and it is very likely that these have helped her over the last year to shift her mental attitude. I am sure however, that the positive things that Unlock have been sending out, including the colouring book pages about self worth will have helped her in that too and so I am encouraged.
