Anger Management

There are two occasions where we have had arguments in the Unlock group and I have felt disheartened. When it happened again recently, I found that I approached it differently. I thought, well if this is something that keeps coming up for the women lets find a way of empowering them and helping them to manage difference better. I am now not seeing it as a threat but as a chance to help the women to grow and learn new skills.
